🔄We operate an Exchange-Only policy (no refunds).
2) Orders & Pricing 🧾
💬Order confirmation is typically completed via call/SMS.
🏷️Prices are listed in BDT and may change without prior notice.
⚠️MENEV may cancel orders for stock issues or suspected fraud.
3) Payment 💳
💵Cash on Delivery (COD) — Nationwide
Digital payments (bKash/Nagad/Bank) may be added later; Terms will be updated accordingly.
4) Shipping & Delivery 🚚
Delivery Timeline
📍Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
🧭Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
Timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, and courier/weather delays.
5) Inspection on Delivery 🔎
👀Please inspect items on delivery. If there’s visible damage or a wrong model/colour, contact us immediately before use.
6) Exchange-Only Policy 🔄
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
- Valid reasons: size/colour preference or manufacturing defect.
- Exchange shipping fees may apply depending on the case.
- If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we’ll suggest a similar alternative.
7) Non-Exchangeable Items 🚫
- Used, damaged, altered, or scratched lenses/frames
- Items missing original box, pouches, or tags
- Requests made after the 3-day window
8) Authenticity & Warranty 💎
🛡️Each item passes our internal Quality Check (QC) before dispatch for premium quality assurance.
📄Any brand warranty or coverage will be noted on the product page if applicable.
9) Cancellations ✖️
- You may cancel before dispatch by contacting support.
- MENEV may cancel an order for stock, address, or risk reasons.
10) Errors & Omissions 🧩
We strive for accuracy but occasional typographical, pricing, or availability errors may occur. MENEV reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders.
11) Intellectual Property ©
All content on menev.store (logos, images, UI, text) is owned by MENEV or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
12) Limitation of Liability ⚖️
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MENEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the site or products.
13) Privacy 🔐
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only what’s needed to process and deliver orders.
